That’s why we created a platform where seekers (tenants) can search for rental properties completely free—no hidden fees, no middlemen. Whether you're looking for a room, flat, PG, or hourly room, we bring you listings in one easy-to-use website.

Roomlocus.com is one of India’s top rental services for rooms, hourly rooms, PGs, houses, and flats. Launched in 2025 under the startup Roomlocus, our mission is to solve rental challenges across India by offering a safe, fast, and simple platform with advanced features—available across the country.

Owners can easily list their properties (Room, PG, Hourly Room, Flat, etc.), and verify them either self-initiated or with the help of our agents, guided every step of the way.

Our mission is to connect people with affordable housing options while making the process simple, transparent, and fast.

How Tenants Can Find Rooms on Roomlocus

1. On the homepage, the seeker chooses the type of rental (Room, PG, Flat, Hourly Room), along with city, town & sector using 3 dropdowns.
2. Clicking the “Let’s Search” button navigates the seeker to a results page with listings and filters.
3. The seeker selects a listing to view detailed information, including images, features, address, offers, and nearby details.
4. To save the listing or view the contact details, the seeker must first log in. After login, the profile dashboard opens with saved listings in their wishlist.

For Owner - Annual Subscription Fee

As per Roomlocus current policy, an annual subscription fee of Rs. 365 is charged from the property owner after successful verification of the listed property. This fee enables continued listing, visibility, and access to exclusive features on the Roomlocus platform. Please note that property verification charges and subscription policies are subject to change annually, based on updates in service offerings and operational costs.

Property Verification & Agent Commission Policy

After a successful property verification conducted by our registered Property Verification Agents — whether it's a Room, Flat, PG (Paying Guest), or Hourly Room — a fixed commission of ₹200 is rewarded per property verification. This commission is credited to the agent's Roomlocus wallet, or can alternatively be transferred via UPI or directly to their bank account, based on their preferred payment method.

Roomlocus encourages part-time earning opportunities, and hence multiple agents from different cities and localities can join our platform as verification partners. These agents play a key role in ensuring that listed properties are genuine, safe, and meet platform standards. Through their efforts, they not only help maintain trust on the platform but also earn regular commissions for each verified property. This model promotes flexibility, reliability, and transparent earnings for individuals working with Roomlocus.
